Fees & Rebates

Please note that we are a private billing clinic. The listed fees are a basic guideline and practitioners may determine that additional assessments are required after an initial consultation.
Medicare rebates apply for eligible patients — double check to make sure your coverage is up to date.
Please contact our receptionist for fee for any services that are not listed on our website.

Adult Psychiatry Fees

Please note that you will need to visit your GP and obtain a referral letter addressed to our clinic in order to book an initial consultation with a psychiatrist. A referral letter is also required to claim any rebates through Medicare.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Initial consultations with a psychiatrist is $700. If the appointment requires more time, please be aware that there may be extra fees applied.

The Medicare rebate available for eligible patients is $262.10.

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS

The up-front charge for follow-up appointment is $350, and the Medicare rebate available for eligible patients is $87.05.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Initial consultations with a psychiatrist is $1000. If the appointment requires more time, please be aware that additional fees may be applied. The Medicare rebate available for eligible patients is $262.10.

Clinical Psychology Fees

Please note that you will need to visit your GP and obtain both a referral letter and a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) in order to claim your rebates through Medicare.

Following 6 sessions with a psychologist, you will need to return to your GP to obtain a referral letter for a further 4 sessions, if required. You can claim Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

All appointments with a clinical psychologist have a standard fee of $300 — the Medicare rebate available for these appointments is $145.25.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule please contact us at admin@sanctuarywellness.info

Cancellation for less than 3 business days for existing clients will incur a fee of $150.
Cancellation for less than 5 business days for new clients attending their first appointment will incur a fee of $500.
Non-attendance on the day will incur the full consultation fee.
Any refunds will attract a $15 admin fee.
